History

• Proactive Ballistic Systems LLC (PBS), a Kansas Limited Liability Company, was formed by Robert “Bob” Bailey and Larry Doskocil in 2018 in Hutchinson, Kansas.

• Most notably, Larry founded Doskocil Food Companies in South Hutchinson, KS which eventually became the dominant supplier of meat toppings for pizza chains such as Pizza Hut, Godfather’s Pizza, Domino’s Pizza and ShowBiz Pizza.

• In 2020, LD Trust withdrew continued support of PBS.

• In April 2022, Doskicil passed away at the age of 90.

• PBS became inactive, in good standing, but continued to seek additional investment opportunities and to further find connections with the Department of Defense.

• In 2025, PBS through a restructuring of terms and ownership, provided Bob Bailey with 85% ownership and left 15% under LD Trust. See appendix.

• Robert “Bob” Bailey, Member Manager/CEO
  Bailey has more than 35 years of industrial education, sales and leadership experience. He holds a bachelors in industrial education and masters of education degree.

• Tray Cass, Chief Operating Officer
  Cass has more than 10 years of structural designing, and 25 years of marketing, operations, and leadership experience. He holds a bachelors in business, marketing and Christian ministry, and masters of business administration in marketing.

• Hernan Bastos, Engineering Consultant
  Bastos has more than 25 years of mechanical engineering and leadership experience.
  He holds bachelors degree in mechanical engineering and thermodynamics.
